Glassware by Fenton can frequently be found among the many treasures at Antique World Mall.
Fenton glass collections can range from antique to contemporary. The Fenton Art Glass Company was founded
in 1905 and still produces beautiful glassware today. Frank Fenton originally started the
company with his brother John. George W. Fenton (part of the third generation) became President in 1986.
The Fenton Glass Company continues to be a family operated business,
with family members participating in many different departments. Some Fenton glass collections focus on opalescent and carnival glass from the early 1900s. During the early years, Fenton also produced stretch glass, several transparent colors, and opaque colors like Jade Green, and other types of art glass. The 1960s and 1970s Colonial colors (Colonial Amber, Colonial Blue, Colonial Green, Colonial Pink, and Orange) are gaining in popularity, and the glassware currently produced by Fenton has a large following. Fenton glassware can be collected by color, pattern, or era, and a Fenton collection can be tailored to fit any budget and a wide variety of tastes. Please visit us at Antique World Mall to see our selection of Fenton glassware and many other fabulous finds. (The exact items pictured may not be available, as they may have already found a new collection to call home.) |
