| Graniteware, named for its appearance, is a type of enamelware. It is made of metal with a speckled, swirled, or splattered looking enamel coating. Graniteware can be found in swirled grays, blue and white, brown and white, green and white, red and white and other colors. Graniteware and other enamelware make great decorating accents as part of a cozy "country" theme! |

| The blue shaded enamelware called Bluebell Ware is shown on the lower left, below. Enamelware can also be found in a variety of solid colors, some with an accent color for trim. Decorated items can be found, but are less common. When evaluating graniteware and other enamelware, condition, type of item (coffee pot, colander, etc.), color, size, age, and rarity are factors in the value. |
